The State Electoral Institute of Hidalgo (IEEH) held the Debate between those contending for the District
14 Tula, this democratic exercise is part of the 18 Local Debates that take place between the
registered candidacies to compete in the Hidalgo 2024 Elections regarding renewal
of the State Congress and have the objective of disseminating the contrast of ideas and proposals among those who
They participate in these Districts.
As was done in previous exercises, this Debate was transmitted through the different
social media accounts of this Institute and in various media that add to this
Electoral Body for maximum dissemination thereof.

As in previous broadcasts, the candidates had a 2-minute slot in each
block, so each candidate managed their own time in order to guarantee a
appropriate scenario to respond to the triggering questions, present your proposals and carry out
replicas, if applicable.
During this broadcast, 4 of the 5 registered candidates attended, so according to the order of
intervention previously established, the first participant was José Luis Rodríguez Higareda, Candidate
of the Common Candidacy “Let’s Continue Making History in Hidalgo”; followed by Lizbeth Ramírez Herrera,
Candidate of the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico; later Reyna Juana Monroy Barrera,
Candidate of the Common Candidacy “Strength and Heart for Hidalgo” and finally, Ricardo Peña Guzmán,
Candidate of the Labor Party.
The moderation of the Debate was carried out by Alan Daniel Hernández Jiménez and Verónica Jiménez
Hernández, who explained the dynamics to follow and reminded the candidates of the importance of giving
response to questions sent by citizens.
During the first block, the topic to be debated was Health and the question determined by citizens was: What are your proposals to improve health services in the state of Hidalgo?
Finally, citizens were invited to tune in to the Debate for District 08 Actopan, which will take place
take place on Thursday, April 11 at exactly 3:00 p.m., and at 7:00 p.m. the Debate for District 07 of
Mixquiahuala de Juárez, likewise, citizens were urged to visit the website familiares-
