The semi-final will be held on 15th and 16th of this month. India vs New Zealand in the first game. South Africa vs Australia in the second semi-final. The first semi-final will be played at Wankhede and the second semi-final will be played at Eden Gardens. The final will be held on the 19th of this month at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
England scored 337 runs in 50 overs. Pakistan need to clear the target in 6.4 overs to secure the semis. When this became impossible, their hopes ended.
The India-New Zealand semi-final is a repeat of 2019. On that day, the Kiwis flew to the final after defeating India. India’s aim is to ask instead for that defeat.
