According to the report: ‘All documents relating to the maintenance and repair of the helicopter from its purchase to the present were thoroughly reviewed by military and civilian experts who determined that all major repairs and critical parts had been completed. The conversion was done as per standard regulations.’

The report also stated that a detailed flight path analysis showed that the helicopter was on its pre-planned route and had not deviated from that route during the flight.

The rest of the parts and systems of the stricken helicopter, including the engine, power transmission system, fuel system and electronic equipment, were thoroughly examined by experts from the Ministry of Defense and found no such defects, the report added. which may cause an accident.

Additionally, a forensic committee conducted toxicological and pathological tests on the remains of all the victims, including the pilots, and the results revealed no suspicious findings.

According to French news agency AFP, Iran’s military also said in its initial report in May that it found no evidence of criminal activity in the crash.

In August, the Fars News Agency cited poor weather conditions and difficulties in flying the helicopter with two extra passengers against safety protocols as the main causes of the May 19 crash.

But the Iranian Armed Forces quickly rejected the report, saying the Fars News report about the presence of two people in the helicopter against security protocol was “absolutely false”.
