[인사이드비나=오태근 기자] IBK Industrial Bank (President Kim Seong-tae) announced on the 5th that it will openly recruit 180 new bankers in the second half of 2023. The number of people hired this time increased by 20 compared to the second half of last year.
Recruitment fields are the same as in the first half of the year, including general finance, digital, finance specialization, and global fields, and applications are accepted from the 5th to the 19th.
The selection process is document review, written test, practical test, and interview, and the final successful candidates will be announced in December. In particular, the practical test is conducted as a camp interview for two days and one night, and the applicant’s job competency, teamwork, and communication skills are comprehensively evaluated through discussion, interview, presentation, and role-playing.
IBK plans to fulfill its social responsibility as a state-run bank by continuing the additional point system for the disabled and separate hiring of veterans and high school graduates this time as well.
Along with this, Industrial Bank of Korea plans to launch a large-scale recruitment notice in the second half of the year for young interns who are given opportunities to experience the field work of the bank and carry out projects with IBK Changgong companies.
