A mission to observe the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights visited the Peru in December and, most recently, between January 11 and 13. Ralón stressed that up to now the Peruvian authorities have collaborated with the mission and said that in a month the IACHR will present a report with its conclusions and recommendations.s.
