King of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan has said that he has seen Pakistan in the past at a young age and now he wishes to take his children to Pakistan once.
Shah Rukh Khan said the above in a short video, which is going viral on social media.
The above video of Shahrukh Khan is from a decade old Indian TV program which was shot outside India and the former foreign minister of Pakistan Hina Rabbani Khar also participated in the said program.
In a short clip that went viral, Shahrukh Khan revealed that he had traveled around Pakistan at a young age when asked by Hina Rabbani Khar.
He says that when he was between 15 and 17 years old, he went to Pakistan with his father.
He said that his father’s family belongs to Peshawar, the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province of Pakistan and he has also seen the city of his ancestors.
Shah Rukh Khan said that he still remembers that when he went to Pakistan, he and his father were given a lot of love and respect.
He said that he had visited Peshawar, Swat, Lahore and Karachi along with his father and found the people of Pakistan, including Peshawar, hospitable.
While praising the hospitality of Pakistanis, the Bollywood king said that if you go to Pakistanis’ house and praise them for something, the said item is delivered to the guest’s house before he goes to his house.
He admitted that the people of all over Pakistan, including the people of Peshawar, are hospitable and loving.
Shahrukh Khan expressed his wish and said that he wishes to take all his children to show Pakistan.
