Former CEO Lee posted a post on Facebook late at night on the 16th and wrote, “I will go directly to the interrogation application tomorrow.”

At 3 pm on the 17th, the Seoul Southern District Court is scheduled to interrogate the case of the former CEO Lee’s application for the suspension of the effect of the non-subrogation once morest the People’s Power and Ho-Young Joo, the chairman of the non-submission committee.
The court’s decision will come as early as the day of the hearing.
However, as the political impact of the case is considerable, it may be postponed separately to receive additional data necessary for the hearing.
