“I will get a red card.” A lip reader reveals what Salah said to Klopp during their argument

England – The “sportbible” website revealed what Egyptian star Mohamed Salah said to his Liverpool coach, Jurgen Klopp, during their argument on the touchline in the West Ham United match last Saturday.

Klopp did not start Salah in the West Ham match and decided to include him in the last 11 minutes, when the result was a 2-2 draw, and the two got into a verbal altercation on the touchline before the Egyptian star took to the field.

Professional lip reader John Cassidy studied footage of the dispute between Klopp and Salah, and concluded that the reason for the duo’s argument was due to the way the Egyptian star shook hands with the German coach before entering the field.

Cassidy explained in statements reported by the “Sportbible” website: “When Klopp tried to shake Salah’s hand, the latter shook his hand with his fingertips,” and the German coach became angry and considered the matter a kind of disrespect.

He added: “Salah said: There is nothing I can do about it, nothing.”

Cassidy explained that Salah was not ready to participate in the match as quickly as Klopp wanted.

He continued that Klopp angered Salah with an unspecified response.

At this stage, Salah lost his nerve and said to Klopp: “I will.. I will get a red card, after seven years, after seven years of service, after seven years,” in reference to the seven years that the Egyptian star spent at Anfield.

Then Uruguayan striker Darwin Nunez was forced to intervene and break up the clash between the two.

Footage after the final whistle of the match showed Salah as if he was ignoring Klopp, before he greeted the Liverpool fans and left the field.

In the press conference that followed the match, Klopp said that the incident of his argument with Salah “ended” after he spoke to the Egyptian star in the locker room, and he refused to provide details about what happened.

For his part, Salah spoke in a similar tone (to his coach Klopp), but he was more ambiguous when he told reporters in the mixed area: “If you speak, there will be fire.”
