“I will be at the end of my financial life in 15 days”: the confidences of Benjamin Castaldi on his big difficulties in TPMP (VIDEO)

Life is not rosy for Benjamin Castaldi. In 2020 already, the host revealed to know big financial worries following a scam of which he had been the victim in 2003 and which had cost him his entire fortune.

However, in 2019, he received 1,500 euros per program as a columnist in Touche Pas à mon Poste. “It’s not enough. In my case, it’s not a raise that’s needed, it’s a lotto ticket”had then entrusted the main interested party.

More than two years later, things have not improved. Far from it … Indeed, in the issue of this Tuesday, September 6, Cyril Hanouna returned to the financial setbacks of Benjamin Castaldi, who must repay more than two million euros. “It’s dead. I will be at the end of my financial life in 15 days”said the ex-host of Secret Story. “I will be in “cessation of payment on September 21st”.

And Benjamin Castaldi to add: “In 15 days, there are deadlines that I will not be able to honor, because I had a friend who had offered me bail and who did not do so”. And the friend in question is none other than Cyril Hanouna. Indeed, in a program at the end of August, the host had explained that his columnist had asked him for help, being his guarantor. “He wants to borrow 500,000 euros and he wants me to be surety for this amount. That means that if he doesn’t pay, I’m the one who will pay”had explained at the time Cyril Hanouna.

But obviously, the facilitator did not provide the desired assistance. He explained this on Tuesday to his columnist: “No, I didn’t propose to you, you asked me. And then I went on vacation and forgot.”

“I’m going to manage day by day. I don’t know what I’m going to do. But it’s going to be complicated”, then concluded Benjamin Castaldi.
