The Lebanese actress, Nawal Kamel, was the Alex Reed of the editor-in-chief of the media website “Al-Fan”, Hala Al-Murr, in the first episode of the new season of the “Stars of Art” program. Kamel spoke frankly regarding many topics, most notably her exposure to rape and her active forgiveness.
Kamel revealed how she would receive the new year, and said that she thanked God that in the midst of the crisis, that is, since 2019, she had more than one series, and she presented many roles.
Kamel talked regarding her beginnings, and how she got her first acting role, even though she did not study theatre. She also talked regarding her experience with actress Nadine Nassib Njeim in the series “Salon Zahra”, and commented on the message she delivered in the last episode of the work, regarding the rights of raped women. Pointing out that the victim should not be silent, and she spoke extensively regarding her experience, as she was raped, and recounted how she forgave the perpetrator, and talked regarding the love relationships she experienced later. And Kamel talked regarding the moments of sadness in her life, and said that she cried a lot, and revealed that she later made a decision and a covenant with God not to cry except for certain reasons.
And she talked regarding the success of her role in the series “For Death” with a “famous” character, and how she changed the viewer and shocked him with her appearance and role, and confirmed that she will not be in the third part of the series.
