The opponent Pierre Claver Maganga Moussavou, in a recent joint press conference of political leaders, members of the platform: “Alternance 2023”, revealed that during the political dialogue of Angondjé (north of Libreville) held in March and April 2017, he had been betrayed by his opposition comrade, René Ndemezo’Obiang, for not, he said, tearing off the thorny issue of limiting presidential terms to two.

During this exchange with the men of the media, the platform: “Alternance 2023”, castigated the conclusions of the political consultation convened on the initiative of the Head of State, Ali Bongo Ondimba from February 13 to 23, 202, in the aim of proposing relevant solutions to reform the electoral system capable of organizing transparent elections with peaceful followingmaths.

This consultation will not even have given birth to a mouse but to the wind, according to the 2023 alternation, which considers that bringing the election back to one round constitutes a real democratic regression.

The president of the Alternance 2023 platform, Paulette Missambo, also leader of the National Union (UN), during this media outing, called on activists sympathizing with the said platform, many attended the meeting scheduled to be held on Sunday March 19, 2023 at the Gymnase Felix opposite the Libreville courthouse.

The joint press conference was attended by other opposition leaders such as: Alexandre Barro Chambrier, Raymond Ndong Sima, Jacques Adiaénot, Albert Ondo Ossa and Mike Jocktane.
