Al-Fadali added: “Nourhan told me that she did not kill and did not assist in the killing, and that indeed there is a relationship between her and the accused (Hussein) and that she lost something very important for every girl – her virginity – and that she was giving private lessons to his sister, and he always said to her: How is your mother trying to keep me away?” About you.. How did your mother insult me, and he was threatening her?
And she continued: “On the day of the incident, she was giving private lessons from 4 until regarding 8 in the evening, and her mother called her at around six o’clock to check on her, and her little brother (Adham) was with her in the lessons, and at this time (Hussein) called her and said to her: I must take my right and I must I teach your mother a lesson, or I teach my brother (Ahmed), and her brother was her weak point because she is more attached to him than her mother and father, so she was afraid of him because of the threat of the accused (Hussein). And she continued in her speech: “A verbal altercation occurred between her mother and the accused, then she went out to her mother’s screams and found blood on her head, and found (Hussein) holding a hammer hitting her mother on her head, so (Nourhan) asked him to stop that, but he refused and told her that she had become his partner, and that he would end The life of the mother so as not to expose his affairs, and he ended her life with a bottle, and for fear of his threat to her, they disagreed with the story of the murder motivated by theft, and then she confessed everything before the prosecution.
Major General Medhat Abdel-Rahim, Assistant Minister of the Interior and Director of Port Said Security, had received a report of the murder of Mrs. Dalia Samir Al-Hoshi, a supervisor of workers, inside her house in the Al-Fayrouz neighborhood in the city of Port Fouad, and the official authorities began investigating the incident to reach its circumstances, and her daughter and her friend – her neighbor – were charged. committing the crime.
The forensic report and the defendant’s confessions showed that she is not a virgin, and she also admitted that she had an illegal relationship with the accused. The opposition judge decided to renew the detention of the girl accused of killing her mother in association with her boyfriend for 15 days pending investigations.
