Re-delivered with only the recovered fried chicken seasoning
Netizens “Appeal formally to the headquarters”
A story has been revealed that a chicken restaurant that incorrectly delivered seasoned chicken as fried chicken covered it with seasoning and brought it back to customers.
On the 5th, netizen A posted an article on an online community saying, “I wonder if I can leave a review (comment).”
Mr. A recently changed the menu by paying an additional amount while using a franchise chicken coupon worth 20,000 won. He ordered cider with seasoned boneless chicken and paid an additional 8,000 won.
Person A said, “At the time of ordering, I felt anxious because the woman who answered the phone did not understand what she was saying.”
However, the food delivered was Boneless Chicken, not the Boneless Seasoned Chicken that Mr. A ordered. In response, Mr. A called the store and informed him that “the delivery was wrong.” Then, the store said, “If you serve it outside of boneless chicken, I will change it to boneless seasoned chicken.”
10 minutes later, the store retrieved the boneless chicken from Mr. A. After 20 minutes had passed, Mr. A, who received the raw seasoned chicken, said that he was absurd.
Person A said, “I came here 10 minutes following the phone call, so I wondered how he had already arrived.” He was angry, saying, “I found out that I only roasted the seasoning on top of the boneless chicken that I had collected.”
When Mr. A said, “Is it okay? I’m afraid to eat,” the president laughed, saying, “It’s freshly fried, so it’s good. It’s delicious.”
At this, Mr. A said, “It’s really ridiculous. They made a mistake in their order and argued that the response was too strange, so they laughed and took all the extra money.” “Is it possible? I went back and forth for regarding an hour in total for the first delivery time, but it all cooled down, so the meat was dry and tough, and I felt bad.”
In the end, Mr. A threw the chicken he ordered into the garbage bag. He added, “The boss clearly admitted that the woman who received the order made a mistake. It is true that I ordered it correctly.” He added, “I am also self-employed, so I don’t write reviews unless it is unconditionally 5 stars, but this is very upsetting.”
Then, he asked, “It’s probably my feeling. But I’m so annoyed right now that I want to do a review, but am I wrong? Is it okay to give a 1 star rating with a picture of discarded chicken?”
Netizens who heard the story showed reactions such as “It’s not worth even a single point”, “I need to formally complain to the head office”, and “I feel really uncomfortable because the weather is hot”.
