The Egyptian series “Batloo Al-Rouh” is still the talk of the art and media circles since the first days of the show’s start until today.

The Egyptian actress, Elham Shaheen, considered her role in the work in which she embodies a leading figure in the terrorist organization ISIS, as one of the boldest and most important roles during her career, despite her assertion that she received many insults from extremist elements because of him.

In exclusive statements to Al-Arabiya.net, she said that the work exposes the practices of the organization, stressing the role of art and its influence in raising such issues.

“Exposing and exposing the terrorists”

She also stressed that the series worked on exposing the terrorists, exposing their tricks and how they are paid, who carry weapons for money and practice terrorism.

She added that she was challenging herself to make viewers hate the “Umm Jihad” character that she plays, explaining that if the opposite happened, this would mean her failure to play the role.

She also confirmed that ISIS members are terrorists who traffic in religion.

The series faced several problems, including the kidnapping of a citizen, which the production company “Al-Sabah” announced in a previous statement, that he is an employee working for it, and that the producer is following up on the circumstances of the case in coordination with the security services.

It is noteworthy that filming “Baloo’ Al-Rouh” began in Baalbek before the month of Ramadan, while the work team was distributed to more than one hotel in the region in order to film specific scenes from the series, which, according to “Al-Sabah” sources, will be completed before Eid Al-Fitr.
