This is Sosuke Ogata, who has been concerned regarding stiff shoulders lately.

It seems that lack of exercise is the cause of stiff shoulders, so I want to exercise.

There are plenty of reasons to exercise, though.

I can’t seem to move my body.

It’s getting warmer lately, so I’m going to exercise.

I would like to pledge to go for a run once a week to relieve my stiff shoulders.

Let’s exercise！

The other day, I met Hinotsu-san, my senior model, for the first time in a while.

Three years following we met, I had my first drink with Mr. Hinotsu. It was so much fun!

Recently, my nose has started to feel itchy and I feel like I’m finally suffering from hay fever.

I have to take measures once morest pollen this year!
