I myself was amazed by my performance, no one else was acting that day: Manju Pillai

Actress Manju Pillai said that she was surprised to see her performance in the movie Teacher. The actor also said that all the characters in the film, including himself, gave an impossible performance. Manju said these things in an interview given to Ginger Media.

‘I myself was surprised following seeing my performance in the movie Teacher. I felt like it was me. Because there was only me and Amala in the scene where I was acting. I didn’t see anyone else acting.

Honestly, all the actors gave a shocking performance in that movie. Because Vivek is the director himself. As Vivek thought, it will be difficult to get the character. He gives us enough motivation before shooting the scene.

I am singing a song in this film. It is preceded by a four-minute speech. Oh, that was a pain to say. It’s a three-page dialog. I was given the script four days ago. Still, it was difficult for me to learn.

Because it was not our Malayalam. So it was difficult to speak and learn. That song comes following that. I sing that song saying that it was sung by my husband. I worked on that song for only four days. So I don’t even remember the line of that song,’ said Manju Pillai.

Teacher is the film directed by Vivek following Athiran. Hakim Shah, Chemban Vinod and Manju Pillai are playing other important characters in the film. The film hit the theaters on December 2.
The makers of the film say that the theme of ‘Teacher’ is a story that takes place in the modern age where technology is very updated and anything can happen, and this is an emotional thriller genre. The film hit the theaters on December 2.
