Ingredients: A large piece of ginger (regarding 10 cm) 1 red onion 1 head of garlic 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder 500 ml of water Lemon and honey (optional) Preparation: Start by peeling and cutting the ginger into pieces. Finely chop the red onion. Peel the garlic cloves. Then crush them a little with a large kitchen knife. Put the ginger, red onion and garlic cloves in a saucepan and add the 500 ml of water. Bring to a boil. When the water boils, add 1 tablespoon of turmeric to the boiling water and leave on low heat for 5 minutes. Then filter the decoction and let it cool. Add 2 slices of lemon and a good spoon teaspoon of honey (optional).
