In Follow the W was the presidential candidate for the Historical Pact, Gustavo Petrospeaking regarding his government proposals and referred to the meeting he held with the businessman Luis Carlos Sarmiento Angle.
According to his words, it is not the first time they have met, since they had already done so “many times in the past”, even to discuss the financing of the underground Metro proposed by the then mayor of Bogotá.
