It’s no secret that the life of the “queen of chanson” was dramatic. Only recently all the affairs of Lyubov Uspenskaya came into order. And yet, even now, she has something to regret.

In the 90s, the artist was a sin to complain. She successfully sold records, performed to an appreciative audience, while her less fortunate colleagues left the profession or interrupted from contract to contract. Although now, of course, Uspenskaya feels much better: “Today it’s easier for me to live – there is comfort, the opportunity to buy whatever you want, if only there was money.”
Lyubov Zalmanovna had to remember the 90s following she was invited to play herself in the popular TV series from TNT “Restaurant by Concepts-2” with Vladimir Vdovichenkov, Dmitry Dyuzhev and other famous artists. According to Ouspenskaya, she didn’t even have to spend a lot of time. The work process took only a day, and there were professionals around the star.
“Of course, we adhered to the script, but in my role I improvised, and the scriptwriters and director really liked it,” the singer shared interesting details from the filming.
I must say that in the past, Lyubov Zalmanovna more than once hoped for the opportunity to play in a movie. Once she even almost started filming in the tape together with Nikolai Karachentsov himself, but that project was quickly curtailed due to the cessation of funding. As a result, Uspenskaya had a chance to make her debut on the screen only now. And in the future, the singer hopes to work as an actress once more.
“Only comedy [роль]! I have been suffering all my life: there is drama and tears. Also my songs are mostly lyrics. And I am a very cheerful and cheerful person. I love holidays, I love fun, I enjoy even a simple sunny day. I don’t really need much to be happy. Therefore, I would like to show myself in a comedic role, I think I would have succeeded there, ”said Lyubov Zalmanovna.
But for now, the artist gives all her free time to the stage. Even on December 31, remaining true to tradition, Uspenskaya will work. The singer does not share plans for the next year regarding her career. But, most likely, like the last few months, the star will promote his daughter Tatyana Plaksina. And, apparently, we are waiting for their new duets. The “Queen of Chanson” admitted that she is always glad to collaborate, if only the song was good. Previously, she performed with many famous artists, but most of all she dreams of singing once more with her husband Angelica Varum.
“I would like to repeat the duet with Lenya Agutin,” Lyubov Uspenskaya admitted.
