“I had problems that reached the point of swearing in the Haram” • Al-Marsad Newspaper

Al-Marsad newspaper: A local newspaper revealed details of a strange incident of its kind, when a woman was surprised by a notification from “Najiz,” stating that she had been informed of a hearing date on the specified date, and the purpose of the case was to request custody of her son.

An “unexpected” surprise in the case
However, the surprise in the case is that the woman did not file a lawsuit against any party, and the strange thing in the matter is that the defendant does not know him and has no connection with him.
According to Al-Watan newspaper, Mrs. S. confirmed that she did not file a custody case against the defendant in the first place, but the strangest thing is that the notification also reached another woman (a third party), who attended the hearing without knowing her status in it.

custody suit 3 years ago
And the newspaper pointed to what the woman said in an electronic session, where she said that she had filed a custody suit 3 years ago, to obtain custody of her son (so-and-so), and the ruling was passed in her favour, adding: “But now I am married to another man, and I have not filed a lawsuit against any party. And this case caused me a big problem with my current husband.”
She added: As for the defendant, I do not know him at all, and we have no connection, and I do not understand how this case was referred and established against him.

third party
The newspaper revealed that the defendant does not know this plaintiff, and he has no connection with her, and when the notification reached him, a big problem occurred between him and his wife, which amounted to an oath in the Sacred House.
Likewise, the third party in the case, Mrs. B, denied having a connection to either party and did not know her status in the case (she is neither a plaintiff nor a defendant).
