Pakistan’s famous actor Humayun Saeed has been practicing social distancing for the past 25 days.
He recently gave an interview to actress Samina Peerzada through a video call and talked about the impact this social isolation has had on his life.
When Samina Peezada asked Humayun Saeed for his opinion on worshiping everything back to the way it was before, the actor said, ‘Now my habits may not change, I have not even touched anyone’s hand in the last 25 days’.
It should be noted that actor Humayun Saeed returned from America last month after which he quarantined himself for 14 days.
In this regard, the actor said that ‘I was in America for a few shows scheduled for my play Mere Paas Tum Ho, when we were going then Corona was not so widespread, despite that we wore masks, gloves and everything. They took me, I went to America with Adnan Siddiqui and Hara Mani.
Humayun Saeed further said that ‘Earlier I thought our shows would be cancelled, because people would not come, but people came and the shows were also held’.
He said, “After coming back, Adnan and I stayed in a hotel, we got corona tests done, I used to worry the doctors about when they would tell me the results of these tests, I also felt that my tests were wrong.” No results, I was very scared when I got tested for Corona’.
According to Humayun, “When I coughed or sneezed during the quarantine, I never thought that I would be so scared. At that time, I felt that I had really contracted the corona virus. When I told this to Adnan, He said, ‘Stay away from me, thankfully nothing has happened to me’.
He also said that after coming back from America, he spent a lot of time with Adnan Siddiqui and their friendship became even deeper.
Humayun Saeed said that ‘we were not bored at all, we could have stayed together in this hotel for more days, he kept telling me about his father and I kept telling stories of my childhood’.
Remember that Humayun Saeed and Adnan Siddiqui worked together in the drama ‘Mere Paas Tum Ho’.

This deadly virus, which has infected two and a half million people worldwide and caused about one hundred and fourteen thousand deaths, has intensified in Pakistan since the month of April.
From April 1 till now, not only the number of corona victims in the country has doubled, but the deaths are also increasing daily.
Yesterday too, corona victims were confirmed in the country and more new cases were reported in Sindh, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Balochistan, Azad Kashmir and Islamabad.
