Al-Marsad Sports – Agencies: A player of the Brazilian club Palmeiras suffered from a health crisis following trying to follow the same diet as the Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo, the Al-Nasr club player.
According to media reports, Brazilian player Gabriel Menino received advice from a nutritionist at the Brazilian club Palmeiras to follow the same diet as Ronaldo.
The player revealed that he faced a crisis while warming up before the start of one of the Palmeiras matches, as he might not run and thought he would die, which forced the player to request a change only 5 minutes following the start of the match.
Ronaldo is keen to follow a strict diet program, where he eats small meals frequently throughout the day, and abandons the three main meals system, which are breakfast, lunch and dinner, in exchange for 6 smaller meals, full of protein.
Ronaldo relies on avocado toast as a snack during the day, and for breakfast he chooses cheese and low-fat yogurt, and the Portuguese player also eats low-fat types of meat, in addition to eating fresh fish.
