Books – Ramadan Younes:

“Mohammed” used to accompany his daughter “Ameera” (13 years old) on the first school day at the beginning of each new year, hoping to draw joy on his little girl’s face, especially since she is in the first year of middle school: “I went to her seat in the classroom as I do every year.” .

Muhammad’s heart beat quickened when he received a phone call – which did not last a few seconds – from one of the parents telling him that part of the school where his daughter studies, suddenly collapsed on the students; “I found my phone, Bern, right, the wall fell on the girls in the school… I just ran to see what happened!” Mohammed, the student’s father says.

A great confusion befell the father when he returned to school once more, “I found ambulances transporting children… I said sure that many girls died because the school is old.”

In no time, the market street – in front of the school – was crowded with people following a page on social networking sites posted pictures of the collapse and the children: “I sat around for my daughter who was not in the ambulance or among the students.”

The father and his wife arrived in a hurry to the “staff’ hospital” in Imbaba district, where the accident victims were received, following one of the paramedics indicated to him that his daughter was among the students who were taken to the hospital. Surely my daughter had a need.”

In front of the intensive care room inside the Imbaba hospital building, the people gathered – among them was the family of “Malik” who passed away from internal bleeding as a result of the collapse of the wall on her small body – and “Mohammed” and his wife: “Everything we ask the doctor says the two cases in the air are in danger.

Inside the hospital streets, the families’ tragedy gathered, the sadness changed their features. “Mohammed” stands in confusion, repeating painful sentences: “Oh, Lord, the consequences are safe.. this is still going to her in the classroom.” His wife is amazed: “We want to reassure our daughter. We treat her at our expense, and every time we ask the doctor regarding her, he says the condition is critical.”

On the intensive care bed in the same hospital, the little girl “Amira” suffers death, following she sustained injuries and bruises as a result of the collapse of the school staircase wall, accompanied by others. The student is subjected to a comprehensive medical examination to diagnose her health condition.
