77-year-old film actor Vladimir Gostyukhin is one of those who ardently supported the start of a special military operation in Ukraine. Vladimir Vasilyevich expresses his position publicly. He even admitted that because of her he was in a quarrel with loved ones. Gostyukhin had a chance to hold a weapon in his hands not only on the set.
“I knew where it would lead”
Constantly Vladimir Vasilievich lives in Minsk, but he happens a lot in Russia. He also works here. He calls himself a “Russian Belarusian”. Breaking ties with our country never crossed his mind.
After the beginning of the NWO, Gostyukhin did not hesitate for a minute, whose side to take. “I was in the Donbass. What they did there, the Germans never dreamed of. Benderites. The operation was inevitable. I saw the Maidan, I knew what it would lead to, ”the artist said emotionally.
He was included in the “black” list on the territory of Ukraine back in 2015. It is directly related to the Republican Party of Labor and Justice, created in Belarus, which supports the incumbent President Alexander Lukashenko.

Unlike many creative people, the famous artist has a military past. The desire for a dream profession did not prevent Vladimir from repaying his debt to his homeland. Moreover, if everything were different, it is not known how Gostyukhin’s life would have turned out.
He does not hide: “I got into the army after graduating from the State Institute of Theater Arts. Lunacharsky. At the institute, in the last courses, he blabbed a little. After my mother died, I started drinking. The army has played a positive role in my life.”
“For a week I saw her fade away”
Gostyukhin was not raised either as a slut or as a sissy. His father was a participant in the Great Patriotic War. In peacetime, he led the House of Culture and stood at the origins of the Ural Folk Choir. Mom played in amateur theater.
Growing up in a creative atmosphere, Volodya, however, first graduated from a radio technical school and only then went to study as an actor. Mom was very happy with the success of her son. They had a wonderful time together when Gostyukhin, after the first year, came for the holidays.
And soon a tragedy broke out that shook the 21-year-old future movie star to the core. Mom never found out that her son became a great artist.

Gostyukhin recalled: “I really love strawberries. Mom and a neighbor ran to the market. And two cars collided, one overturned, flew out onto the sidewalk. The neighbor managed to jump back, and my mother was already plump at that time, her car crushed her.
The still alive woman was brought to the hospital, it was impossible to drive Vladimir away from the bed of the dying. “For a week I saw her fade away. She was crippled very badly, they wanted to take away her legs. She must have figured it out. She didn’t want to be a burden to us, and she stopped fighting, ”the actor is still sad. He was drafted into the army at the age of 24.
“I am openly proud of my soldier’s past”
If mother were alive, she would again be proud of her son. Gostyukhin ended up in the famous Taman Guards Division. At first he was a motorized rifleman, then he was transferred to a reconnaissance company.
“I became an excellent student of military and political training. I had an excellent drill, I was very healthy. He shot well from a machine gun, a machine gun. Self-discipline and responsibility were restored in character.

I didn’t regret and don’t regret the years in military uniform, I’m openly proud of my soldier’s past and even consider those who didn’t go through military service a little flawed, ”the artist says bluntly.
After the start of SVO, his relationship with his 37-year-old daughter Alexandra went wrong. Gostyukhin no longer communicates with his sister, who lives in Ukraine.
Sighs: “I lost my sister. She is not quite healthy, age already. All this Ukrainian propaganda has confused her head, it’s impossible to talk to her!”
And yet, Vladimir Vasilyevich hopes to live to see the time when he will again be able to talk heart to heart with all his relatives.
