Former India captain Ravi Shastri has praised former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Shastri says he has never seen anyone like Mahendra Singh Dhoni in Indian cricket.
“I have never seen Mahendra Singh Dhoni get angry. Dhoni is the same whether he is out for zero, whether he wins the World Cup or scores a century. I know a lot of players close to him. In general, even Sachin, who is calm, gets angry from time to time, but Dhoni is completely different,” Ravi Shastri said.
Ravi Shastri added that he did not have Dhoni’s phone number and that he might leave the phone for as long as he wanted.
“Dhoni is not always carrying a phone. He can leave the phone for as long as he wants. I know exactly what to do if I have to contact him immediately,” Ravi Shastri said.
