The long-awaited first trailer for Deadpool 3, shown during the Super Bowl, has arrived. It also turned out that the film is called Deadpool & Wolverine, i.e. Deadpool and Wolf: although only his shadow is visible at the end of the teaser trailer, it is already known that the Wolf played by Hugh Jackman, known from X-men (or Wolverines). He was last seen in the role in the 2017 film Logan – Wolf.
The first two Deadpool films – as well as the X-Men films – were still made at 20th Century Fox, which has since been acquired by Disney, thus paving the way for these characters to also be part of the cinematic universe – IGN reminded him.
Based on the trailer, the third episode also brings the action-packed but humorous atmosphere of the previous episodes. It seems that the story will revolve around the TVA (Time Variance Authority) known from the Loki series, and the Multiverse will once once more be the focus.
This is the only theatrical release for Marvel Studios this year, so expectations are high. The previous parts of Deadpool performed well: they broke records following showings overseas.
Deadpool and Wolverine will be released in Hungary on July 25.
