New Delhi: Former Pakistani cricketer Shuhaib Akhtar with a video from the hospital bed. The response was through Instagram. Akhtar’s reaction came following the surgery was completed.
Akhtar revealed that he has been suffering from pain for the past 11 years. He might have played cricket for a while longer. But Akhtar said that he retired from the game because he was afraid that if he did so, he would end up in a wheelchair.
Shuhaib Akhtar was Pakistan’s most dangerous fast bowler. Active on social media, Akhtar’s game review videos on YouTube have gone viral.
