Hyundai Engineering announced on the 20th that it will open a sample house for the ‘Hillstate Mojong Blanc Luce’ apartment in the B1 block of Asan Mojong 2 District, Asan-si, Chungcheongnam-do on the 22nd and start selling in earnest.
Hillstate seedling Blanc Luce is built with a total of 1060 households, with 2 floors below the ground and 29 floors above the ground, 9 buildings, and exclusive areas of 84 to 109㎡. The number of households by exclusive area is △84㎡A 605 households △84㎡B 204 households △84㎡C 175 households △109㎡ 76 households.
Asan Mojong District 2, where the complex is located, is in contact with the original downtown of Asan City, along with the adjacent Asan Mojong District 1. A large-scale urban development project for regarding 12,000 households is planned along with the Mojong Saetdeul district and Punggi station district, which are planned to be developed nearby.
In terms of transportation environment, the Dangjin-Cheonan Expressway is scheduled to open. The Asan-Cheonan section, which is part of the Dangjin-Cheonan Expressway, is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year. In addition, some sections of the Asan interchange (IC) access road were opened in March.
Onyang Oncheon Station and Baebang Station on Subway Line 1 are located within just 3 km. Punggi Station (tentative name) is scheduled to be built regarding 1.5km in a straight line from the complex. The complex has Shinri Elementary School within a 1-minute walk. Mojong Middle School (scheduled to open in March 2025), Asan Middle and High School, Hanol Middle and High School, Onyang Girls’ Middle and High School, and academies are also nearby.
In addition, large marts such as Hanaro Mart, Lotte Mart, E-Mart, CGV, Lotte Cinema, Onyang Oncheon Traditional Market, Asan City Hall, Asan Fire Station, Asan Bus Terminal, and Asan Chungmu Hospital are all nearby.
Within the complex, various community facilities such as a GX room, fitness center, indoor golf driving range, guest house, small library, senior citizen center, care center for all, and a daycare center will be built.
Hillstate seedling Blanc Luce will receive a first-order subscription on the 27th and a second-order subscription on the 28th, starting with special supply on the 26th. The announcement of the winner will be on the 4th of next month, and a legitimate contract will be held from the 18th to the 20th of next month.
