Light rain is expected in different regions of the country, including Greater Cairo and the Canal cities. Furthermore, intermittent periods of moderate thunderstorms may occur until Wednesday evening. 

Cairo will witness highs of 21 degrees and lows of 13 degrees, Alexandria at 20 and 12, Matrouh at 19 and 12, Sohag at 24 and 13, Qena at 24 and 14, and Aswan at 27.

The Meteorological Authority revealed the expected weather phenomena from today, Tuesday evening, until tomorrow, Wednesday, April 12, 2023, as the country is witnessing a decrease in temperature, with rains of varying intensity, sometimes thundery, in the north of the country.

And the Meteorological Authority indicated that the country is also expected to be affected by wind activity that will be exciting sand and dust tomorrow, Wednesday, in the south of the country and in the north of the Red Sea Governorate, and the winds will also be active on the flat of the Mediterranean, which leads to disturbances in maritime traffic and the rise of waves to from ( 3:2.5 metres).

The Meteorological Authority expects that tomorrow, Wednesday, A drop in temperatures In all parts, the weather tends to be cold in the morning, tends to be warm during the day in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt and northern Upper Egypt, moderate on the northern coasts, hot in the south and south of the country, cold at night in the north of the country up to Greater Cairo, cold in the south of the country.

As for temperatures, tomorrow, Wednesday: Cairo will have highs of 21 degrees, lows of 13 degrees, Alexandria highs of 20 and lows of 12, Matrouh highs of 19 and lows of 12, Sohag will have highs of 24 and lows of 13, Qena will highs of 24 and lows of 14 degrees, and Aswan will highs of 27 degrees. And the lowest is 16 degrees.
