Tuesday, June 14 BTS told regarding their future in honor of their nine year anniversary and the release of their anthology album Proof. During the meeting Shuga asked the other members if they should talk regarding why they are taking a break. They discussed the pandemic that has interrupted their touring plans and music releases, and what each of them thought regarding their individual creative goals.
The participants spoke in Korean, and the word “hiatus” (hiatus, break, pause, vacation) was used in the English subtitles. But in a statement HYBE says that BTS will continue to work on projects both as a group and individually. “BTS don’t take a break. For now, the members will focus more on solo projects.”the company said in a statement.
No details regarding future projects BTS No members or solo projects have been announced.
