[아이뉴스24 류한준 기자] Hwang Ui-jo recorded his first assist following transferring to Olympiacos FC (hereinfollowing referred to as Olympiacos) in Greece. Olympiacos played a home match once morest Ionikos FC (Ionikos) in the 3rd round of Elada in the 2022-2023 season at Karaiskakis Stadium in Piraeus, Greece on the 4th (Korean time).
Hwang Ui-jo and Hwang In-beom from Olympiacos started side by side. Olympiacos won 3-1 over Ionikos. Olympiacos got 2 wins and 1 draw (7 points) and placed 2nd in the league following Panathinaikos FC (9 points).
Hwang Ui-jo was involved in the second goal in the 45th minute when Olympiacos had a 1-0 lead. Hwang Ui-jo hit the penalty box in the counter-attacking situation and sent a pass to Pep Biel, who followed.
