Police shot dead a man in Huy early Sunday followingnoon. The events took place in rue Paul Carré.
Contacted by us, the prosecution relayed some initial information. These still have to be validated by this evening. The police were reportedly called following a man in crisis who broke everything in his home. It seems he was armed with a saber. When they got there, the police found themselves facing the individual in the street. The man was said to be threatening and the police opened fire. The resident died at the scene.
