Hussein Fahmy: We lost 2 workers during the filming of “The Bullet is Still On”

The artist, Hussein Fahmy, revealed some scenes of filming the movie “The Bullet is Still in My Pocket”, adding that he presented a scene in the movie that he did not remember when he watched the movie because of the severity of his integration during filming.

“Fahmy” said, in a telephone interview to the program “Happening in Egypt”, broadcast on MBC Egypt, today, Thursday, that the scene was at the time when he was receiving orders, as he felt that he was in war, especially since the scene was filmed on the Bar Lev Line, and because That the mines were still in the planted land at that time, there were directions that the movement should be in a specific path.

He added that at the time of filming the movie, Ismailia was a deserted governorate, and we lived in it on candles, and there was no lighting.

He pointed out that the film crew of “The Bullet is Still in My Pocket” lost 2 workers during filming due to mines, adding: “We had soldiers in the filming who participated in the war. They told us that we were in the war. We crossed the line once with you. We crossed more than 3 times.

He stressed that the film “The Bullet is still in my pocket” angers the Israelis, adding: “We filmed the film over the Bar-Lev line, which Israel claimed was invincible, and the line does not exist now, and in its place is the new branch of the Suez Canal.”
