Ever since Nintendo confirmed that a live-action movie adaptation of The Legend of Zelda is in the works, fans have been flocking to social media to share their thoughts on who should star in the film. To that end, Euphoria’s Hunter Schafer has been a prime candidate for the role of Princess Zelda, and to find out, Schafer commented on the casting for fans at last night’s premiere of The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Schafer said: “That would be cool. Personally, I love the game. I played it as a kid and I still play it now. Who knows! That would be cool. There aren’t any yet. There are no official announcements as to who has been chosen to play each character in the live-action film, but perhaps Miyamoto will take into account fan hopes for the character.
