Hun Sen celebrates his graduation – Xinhua Prime Minister Hun Sen Cambodian Leader received an Honorary Doctorate of Development from International College of Phumin Phnom Penh (RUPP).

Cambodian leaders thanked the university for honoring its efforts to develop the country and serve its people. He also thanked government, military and civil servants across the country for their hard work to implement the policies he adopted. He wanted to share the pride he received today with everyone.

“Prime Minister Hun Sen is the first Cambodian top-level leader to be awarded an honorary doctorate in development from this university,” the education minister concluded.
