Al-Marsad newspaper: The Ministry of Human Resources commented on the arbitrary dismissal of a dentist from a medical complex following 8 months of his work.
The ministry explained: “You can file a lawsuit through the friendly settlement service for labor disputes, and complete the data through the incoming mail when logging in to the facility through the authority of the registration and subscriptions supervisor.”
This came in response to the question of a dentist who was arbitrarily dismissed from one of the medical complexes: “I was contracted on a strong platform with a medical complex with the profession of a general dentist, for a period of two years, starting from 8/2021 until 8/2023, and following 8 months of working for them a letter was sent. I have arbitrarily terminated my services, without a clear reason, justifying this by the low income of the clinic, as they wrote in the letter, and they refused to give me any dues.”
