At La Gantoise, place for youth and the future. After Viktor Speaks Vidarsson (15), son of Lokeren legend and Iceland coach Arnar Vidarsson and Patryck Walicki (18 years old) is Hugo Lamock (15 years old) who signed his first pro contract with the Buffalos. He has signed up until 2024. He has been playing with Ghent since the U14s, and had previously played for Tubize.
La Gantoise presented the player in these terms: “Hugo is a left-handed central defender who plays for our U16s of which he is also captain. He is also a young Belgian international. Hugo is a figurehead with a good competitive mentality. A header strong which is also very strong one on one.”
