According to the first information collected from the rescue zone and the municipal authorities, the fire broke out in a carpentry workshop. Firefighters descended on the scene en masse to try to extinguish the flames. Several fire stations, including those of Saint-Hubert, Marche, Bertrix and Libramont, were mobilized.
No detainee was injured, according to the commander of the rescue zone, as well as the mayor of Saint-Hubert.
