The finale of the 9th edition of the program: “Ninja Warrior Polska” went down in the history of the show! The last episode of this series, which Polsat TV broadcast on Tuesday – April 16 – belonged to Jan Tatarowicz. The 24-year-old – as the first Pole in the history of “Ninja Warrior” – not only completed the entire obstacle course, but also conquered Mount Midoryiama. The participant climbed the 21-meter rope in less than 25 seconds! Initially, Jan’s victory was not certain because Tatarowicz pressed the button literally at the last moment! The production therefore had to check the recordings so that the presenters might announce the verdict with full confidence. Jerzy Mielewski, Łukasz “Juras” Jurkowski and Karolina Gilon presented Jan with a winner’s statuette as well as a check for PLN 200,000. Everyone became emotional and many had tears in their eyes.

Who is Jan Tatarowicz, who was the first Pole in the history of the program to receive the title of “Ninja Warrior”? The man from Pomerania is a student of the Academy of Physical Education and Sport in Gdańsk. Physical activity plays an important role in his life, which he informs regarding on social media, publishing many posts motivating him to act. Tatarowicz had already tried his hand at the Polish “Ninja Warrior” track, but it was the 9th season that was the happiest for him. It was then that Tatarovich climbed Mount Midoriyama. Just following the result was announced, Jan did not hide his emotions, bursting into tears.
