Various shooting modes of Huawei Y5 2019 camera
Continuing with this section, we will deal with the different shooting modes of the Huawei Y5 2019 phone, but note that some of the mentioned modes and options can differ from your phone due to the change of user interface version and Android version.
photo mode
The main and default mode is shooting with the phone’s camera. In this case, if you pull your two fingers out, the camera will digitally zoom in. At the top of this page is the Settings option, which we’ll talk regarding later. There is also a flash option that you can set to three modes: off, on and auto.
There are also other options, like Live, which take live photos of you when you turn it on.
video mode
Video mode is also the easiest mode for video recording. In video mode, you can also record your own video by zooming in. At the top of the screen, there are several options that if you click on Settings, you can change the resolution of your video recording.
portrait mode
Portrait mode that does not need to be introduced and you are most likely familiar with this position. In portrait mode, the camera detects the subject from the background and tries to separate it. Then the background becomes opaque and this way the subject looks better and more and the image becomes very attractive and professional.
night mode
At night, as expected, the quality of the photos is reduced due to the dimming of the light and the details are significantly reduced, especially in the darker parts of the photos. You can use the night mode to enhance the image.
This mode helps your photo to capture a better and wider dynamic range, as well as more natural colors. Keep in mind that if you’re using this pose, you have to hold your hand for a few seconds to leave the jockey process behind.
Pro mode
Pro, or Pro mode, as its name suggests, allows you to shoot professionally and manually adjust various image factors. This mode will only work if you are familiar with the different parts of the image and you can manually adjust the lighting, contrast, focus, ISO, and more.
panorama mode
This mode helps you to take panoramic photos. You can switch between the main camera and the ultra-wide camera and then take a panoramic photo by touching the shutter button and rotating the phone. When taking panoramic photos, you have to be careful to move in a certain line and changing the frame may damage the photo.
slow mode
Slow motion mode for recording video in slow motion, and you can use this feature to slow things down significantly with the rear or front camera. For example, you can make a slow-moving fireworks and watch the whole process of blazing very slowly.
time lapse mode
As you probably know, movies you record in Time-Lapse mode play faster and your movie plays much faster. For example, with the help of Time-Lapse mode, you can photograph the passage of clouds and then share them quickly and attractively.
Note that the phone needs to be as stable as possible to record Time-Lapse movies, and since you have to shoot for a relatively long time, we suggest using a stand.
light painting mode
This mode helps you to save very attractive and cool photos at night. In fact, you may have seen pictures of highways and streets where the light of cars created a very attractive and continuous light streak. This feature does exactly the same thing and helps you create images similar to what has been said by extending the exposure.
HDR mode
HDR or High Dynamic Range mode helps improve the dynamic range of images and allows light shadows to be captured with more and better detail. We recommend using this feature most of the time, although in some cases turning HDR is better than turning it on.
Filter mode
When you click on this mode, you will be shown various filters, with which you can select one of these filters and record your photo with that specific filter.
Lens mode
This mode gives you fantastic possibilities and effects so you can take fun pictures with them. This section is intended for entertainment and has no practical application in taking serious photos.
Labeling
This mode gives you stickers and allows you to use multiple stickers in your photo. In fact, you can apply a sticker to the photo before recording the photo and record your photo accordingly.
Huawei Y5 2019 camera settings
Photo mode is enabled by default when entering the camera. Click the Settings option at the top of the page to go to the Settings page.
On this page, the first option is Resolution, with it you can select the resolution of your images and the aspect ratio of the images. The next option is the GPS tag, which records the location of each photo if it’s on, so you can always see the location of your photos.
The auxiliary grid option adds rectangular lines to the camera when you’re on so you can better and easier frame your photos and take better photos.
Mirror Reflection option, when turned on, will mirror your selfie following recording, like looking in a mirror. If this option is turned off, the selfie will be displayed exactly as it was recorded.
The mute and timer options mute the shutter sound, respectively, and increase the image recording time. In fact, if you set the timer to, say, 5 seconds, the photo will be taken 5 seconds following you touch the shutter.
The volume control option allows you to have more control over the buttons on the side of the device, and you can also change the settings for the volume section of the camera.
The Capture Smiles option automatically takes a picture every time someone smiles at the camera when it’s on. In fact, the shutter works by monitoring the smile, and this feature is specific to the main camera and the selfie camera.
Ultra snapshot option is for you to determine exactly what happens if the phone screen is turned off by pressing the volume down button twice in a row and which part of the camera has quick access.
