Huawei Watch D, a connected watch that takes your blood pressure

This health-oriented connected watch is able to measure blood pressure. Faced with the Apple Watch, Huawei especially hopes to conquer users who are looking for a connected watch dedicated to health.

Indeed, with its new connected watch, Huawei wanted to provide better health monitoring, by making ECG and blood pressure monitoring possible on the wrist in real time. The ECG provides real-time analysis with alerts for sinus rhythm, fibrillation, and atrial and ventricular premature beats, keeping the user informed and proactive regarding major heart health risks.

This watch has multiple training modes and health monitoring functions. The Huawei Watch D also incorporates a mini-pump within the bracelet to measure blood pressure with precision.

The Huawei Watch D integrates complex components for blood pressure measurement, including a mini-pump and an airbag, in an ultra-compact format. The 2.50D curved glass glistens with every movement of the wrist which is complemented by an aluminum alloy frame, fitted with two convenient buttons for initiating tasks.

The blood pressure measurement accuracy of traditional smartwatches is often affected by the degree of tightness and wearing position on the wrist. Thanks to the high-resolution pressure sensor, the back pressure control circuit and the low-flow airflows of the Huawei Watch D, the error margin of the accurate blood pressure measurement system does not exceed ± 3 mmHg1, which allows users to measure their blood pressure anywhere and anytime.

The Huawei Watch D is not only a blood pressure sensor, it also supports heart rate measurement. The Huawei Watch D incorporates an ECG sensor module that alerts the user to the need to perform ECG measurements as soon as an abnormal heart rate is detected

The Huawei Watch D also supports blood pressure measurement, heart rate tracking, scientific sleep tracking, SpO2 tracking, skin temperature detection, and stress tracking. It is equipped with more than 70 training modes. It has 7 days of battery life, which allows users to use and wear it all the time without having to recharge it frequently. Lightweight, the Huawei Watch D weighs 40.9 grams.
