Although it has been more than 3 years since it was sanctioned by the United States, Huawei still insists on launching new mobile phones, but the speed of release is much slower than before, and it cannot update the two flagship series in the past year. The long-awaited Mate50 series by Chinese consumers finally has new news. A whistleblower has released the body design of the Mate50, and the processor version used is also exposed at the same time.
The fuselage design language remains unchanged
According to the product design diagram uploaded by @Rodent950 on Twitter, the back of the Mate50 continues to use a large circle camera module, which is a simple and unpretentious style. There are two body options: black and white. The most talked regarding part of the design is that following Huawei and Leica parted ways, the camera module was replaced with its own XMAGE word. XMAGE is Huawei’s own imaging brand. It was released in early July. The manufacturer said that it is the accumulation of imaging strength in the past few years.
5 models are announced
It is said that Huawei plans to launch a standard version of Mate50, a large-screen version of Mate50X, a high-end version of Mate50 Pro, a top-of-the-line version of Mate50 RS, and an entry-level version of Mate50E. A Chinese tech blog broke the news that both the standard and large-screen versions use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 4G processor. The high-end version uses the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, while the top-end version is equipped with the new Kirin 9000S processor. All 4G models will use the 5G communication shell to solve the 5G connection problem. Finally, the Mate50E may use the Snapdragon 778G 4G processor, and the entire Mate50 series is said to use the HarmonyOS 3.0 system.
