After announcing the Huawei Mate 60 Pro Plus, the Chinese manufacturer also presented another cell phone, the foldable Huawei Mate X5.

The Huawei Mate In colors, it was available in Feather White, Feather Black, Feather Gold and Green Mountain.
In the photographic set, the camera block has slight design changes, but maintains the specifications of the Mate X3. In memory configurations, the device has a maximum of 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of internal storage. There is no official information regarding which chipset powers the Huawei Mate X5, but it is likely to be the Kirin 9000s from the Mate 60 line.
In enhancements, Huawei reveals that the new Lingxi antenna design offers better signal reception, while the algorithm selects the best network for higher quality connection.
For power, the Huawei Mate X5 has a 5,060 mAh battery with support for 66W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. In the operating system, it comes standard with HarmonyOS 4 and brings new gesture controls for the user to navigate videos, websites and images without having to touch the main screen.
There is also IPX8 certification and support for two-way connection via BeiDou satellite.

The Huawei Mate X5 has officially launched in China and is only available for reservations. The price has not been announced and sales will start in September 15th.
