Two personal details: Masaya Okugawa (27, knee) trained fully. After his lumbago in the Rostock game (2:2), Miro Muheim (25) completed an individual program with fitness maker Sebastian Capel (38).
Muheim should increase the intensity in the next few days. It is still unclear whether the defender will be fit for the game against Elversberg on Sunday (1:30 p.m.).
If not, Noah Katterbach (22) could start for the first time since returning to Cologne in January. Katterbach had a difficult time at FC under Baumgart.
However, Baumgart cleared up the issue immediately after his signing: “In my opinion, he has not only developed as a footballer, but has generally made a very good development.”
