HSBC Hang Seng launches mobile ticketing function without the need for original mobile phone photography – Hong Kong unwire.hk

I believe that many of my friends have the need to deposit cheques. It is actually time-consuming and troublesome to go to the bank or the ticket machine for processing. Recently, HSBC and Hang Seng have announced the launch of a new mobile ticket entry function, which can be processed by simply taking a photo of the cheque with the mobile app. No original required.

Hang Seng and HSBC recently announced that they will launch the “Mobile Ticketing Service” pioneered by Hong Kong banks. Both personal and business customers can use the mobile Internet banking app to conduct remote ticketing 24 hours a day. The method of use is quite simple. After logging in to the mobile app, select “Mobile Ticketing Service”, follow the instructions to take pictures of the front and back of the check to be processed, and then confirm the check information and start the settlement process. The check itself does not need to be submitted.

HSBC said that individual customers can deposit five cheques each business day through the service, up to HK$20,000. Business customers are limited to 20 cheques, each with a maximum of HK$100,000 and a total of up to HK$500,000. Customers can receive SMS and email notifications following the cheque has been processed.
