The people of Salta continue to be punished by the increases experienced by all products on a daily basis. With galloping inflation that is already estimated to close the year close to 90 percent, now has been added an increase in fuels from the YPF company, which monopolizes almost the entire market. In Salta, the state company increased super and Infinia gasoline by 12%.
It must be taken into account that before this rise, super gasoline cost $127.1 and now it is 142.4. The liter had a rise of $15.3, that is, a correction of 12.03%. With that fuel, filling a 55-liter tank went from $6,990.5 to $7,832.
The prices before the rise.
If we take into account the Infinia gasoline, which is the Premium, the liter became 11.97% more expensive and went from 154.5 to $173, that is, $18.5 more per liter. With this gasoline, filling a 55-liter tank went from 8,497.5 to $9,515.
Meanwhile, in diesel, the rise was not so abrupt. Diesel 500 went from 139.1 to 150.8, that is, the liter rose 8.4% ($11.7) and in the case of Diesel Infinia the rise per liter is $15.1, it went from 189 to 204 ,1. In this case, 7.9% became more expensive.

After YPF’s increase, other oil companies operating in Salta also changed their fuel prices.
The Axion brand put super gasoline at $139.90 and premium gasoline (Quantum) at $169.80. Before the increase they cost $129.6 and $157.6 respectively.
Meanwhile, x10 diesel fuel now costs $182.90 and Quantum diesel $203.60.
The increase in this oil company was 3.45%, on average.
For its part, Refinor made several adjustments and lowered the prices of three of its fuels, in some cases to leave them at the same value as YPF. This happened with premium gasoline, which was worth $173.20 and now costs $173. Diesel prices also fell on their boards: common diesel went from $198 to $153.9, and premium diesel went from $210.9 to $209.9.
Super gasoline was the only one that had an increase since it went from $139.9 to $142.4.
It should be remembered that this oil company had increased its prices abruptly a couple of months ago when the shortage of diesel was felt throughout the country.
At that time, Refinor made an increase that had left the numbers on its boards well above those of other companies.
