Now, with iOS/iPadOS 17 and tvOS 17, Apple is expanding this function. Using the Continuity Camera (Continuity Camera)you can see yourself on the Apple TV screen as you sing — and even add special effects to your image.

Requirements
To use this, you need a third-generation Apple TV 4K running tvOS 17 or later. Additionally, you must have one of the following iPhones/iPads (running iOS/iPadOS 17):
iPhone XR or later (which includes iPhone SE 2nd generation and later) running iOS 17. iPad (8th generation or later), iPad mini (5th generation or later), iPad Air (3rd generation or later), iPad Pro 11-inch (1st generation or later) or 12.9-inch iPad Pro (3rd generation or later).
How to use Continuity Camera with Apple Music Sing
On Apple TV, open the Music app and start playing a song that has synced lyrics. Make sure the lyrics button is selected (in the bottom right corner). Select a video camera icon and “Connect iPhone or iPad.” On the Continuity Camera screen, select your profile and confirm using your iPhone or iPad. If you do not appear in the list of users, click “Other” and a QR code will be shown. Open the “Camera” app on your iPhone or iPad, scan the QR code, tap “Connect to Apple TV” and confirm on your iPhone or iPad.
When the iPhone/iPad is already connected, position it horizontally close to the TV, so that the iPhone’s rear camera or the iPad’s front camera is facing your direction. After the countdown, the iPhone/iPad camera can be used with Apple Music Sing on Apple TV and your camera image will appear on the connected TV screen. set-top box along with the lyrics. To add a visual effect to the background of your image, click on the resource icon and choose one of them in the “Filters” section.
