The simplest way to switch between uppercase and lowercase letters on your Mac is to use a dedicated key — the ⇪ Caps Lock, to be more exact. But what if you have already written something in uppercase or lowercase letters and, during the writing process, you want to switch to the other style?
That’s where a command comes in that can be accessed through the macOS menu bar, in a super simple way.
Check out, below, how to transform a section or entire text into uppercase, lowercase or leave all initials capitalized! ????????
Open the application where the desired text is located. Then select it using the cursor and, in the menu bar, go to Edit » Uppercase/Lowercase or “Transformations”, depending on the app you are working on.
You can also reach these options by simply right-clicking. With this, just make the choice between transforming all letters into lowercase, uppercase or just the initials in uppercase.
