Select the “Power” option in the upper right corner of your PS4.
On the next page, select Power Options.
Select “Turn Off PS4” to turn off your console.
The console will start to shutdown.

On the left[クイック メニュー]And[電源]Choose. Then select “Turn off PS4” on the right.
The console will start to shutdown.
Turn off PS4 without a controller
If the PS4 console isn’t working or you can’t access it, turn it off using the button on the console itself.
First, on your PS4 console, press and hold the power button for 7 seconds. When you hear the second beep, release the button and the unit will turn off.
If you release the power button before the second beep, the console will go to sleep instead, so make sure you’re doing it correctly.
warning: No matter which shutdown method you use, make sure the PS4 power light has stopped flashing before unplugging the power cord. Otherwise, the console software may become corrupted and unusable.
Your PlayStation 4 will turn off to save power. You can rest and go out and explore nature or do something you enjoy.
Once you are back in the game, you can easily restart your PS4.
