One of the many new features of the watchOS 10 is the possibility of monitoring performance metrics bicycle exercises through your iPhone — via a Live Activity.
This way, it is possible to check all its details without having to use your wrist, which ends up being even safer in this type of exercise. However, if for some reason you don’t want this to continue happening, it is fully possible to disable this.
There are two ways to do this, through the Watch app on the iPhone or through the watch itself. See how! ????
Pelo app Watch no iPhone
With the Watch app open on your iPhone, go to “Exercise” and, in the “Cycling workouts” section, uncheck “See Metrics on iPhone”.
You can also turn off all alerts on your Apple Watch by unchecking “Alerts on Apple Watch.”
By Apple Watch itself
On your Apple Watch, open Settings, tap “Workout” and uncheck “See Metrics on iPhone.” Below, you can also disable Apple Watch from sending alerts during these exercises.
Furthermore, at any time you can also activate/deactivate this via the Apple Watch itself, while exercising. To do this, swipe from left to right and tap “Stop” or “View”.
Have you ever used this function? ????
